Welcome to The Berkshires in Massachusetts! This is one of the few places in the state you can harvest a black bear with a high success rate with a wide choice of weapons. This hunt can be from a stand/blind in a strategic locations or a fast paced spotting and stalking hunt. This is a more advanced hunt for those who are looking for a new challenge. Bear hunting in MA with allows for many weapon choices and even some frequently not available for use when hunting in MA such as pistols and rifles.

This hunt can be combined with a deer or fall turkey hunting trip but will limit hunting methods that can be used to Archery, Muzzle Loader, and Shotgun depending on the season that is open during your bear trip!
